I recently ordered shampoo...it arrived and half of the bottle was spilled.
I went to Amazon and
Return or replace items and asked to return the original item for a new one. After doing so, I received the following message from Amazon.com that I can keep the original product:
We are processing your replacement. You don't need to return the original item back to us!
We will send you a confirmation email at "" once your item ships.
