The latest version of macOS Monterey doesn't allow GeForce Now to full-screen mode even if you have the
menu bar hidden in full-screen mode enabled.
The workaround is to launch your GeForce game normally, then once the game is loaded, click our of full-screen and back in. The menu bar should disappear.
Hopefully Nvidia fixes this bug in newer version more compatible with macOS 12.1 Monterey.
