If you use
Google Custom Search Engine on your website, you likely have
Results Browsing History enabled. This causes
to be appended on every URL your Google Custom Search Engine code appears.

Results Browsing History prevents users from going back to previous search results. To remove this, perform the following steps.
1. Login to your
Programmable Search control panel in Google AdSense.

Edit Search Engine ->
Search Features ->
Advanced tab ->
Websearch Settings ->
Disabled
