You're not currently asking for GDPR consent with a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP), which means you site/s will stop showing AdSense ads and receiving AdSense revenue for EEA and UK traffic, in accordance with Google's EU user consent policy.
You need to use a Google-certified CMP to create a GDPR message and ask for consent from all EEA and UK users to collect, share and use peronsal data for ads on your site.
