Suddenly got locked out of my PayPal account today. I didn't get an email message or notification. When I click "Next" on the screen to unlock my account, I got "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you" error and then I couldn't do anything else. I called PayPal and they were useless.
1. Go to PayPal.com and click Login.
2. Click "Having trouble logging in?".
3. Type your email address in and follow the prompts to unlock and access your PayPal account again. In my case, I had to confirm my email address and phone number (received an automated call and typed in a code)
