YouTube Unlisted Videos Still Getting Views?

I uploaded several YouTube videos as "Unlisted" and they are slowly getting views and even likes! I haven't shared the links with anyone and I haven't watched them myself (I am positive). Is YouTube looking at the videos? Some have copyright claims and I'm wondering if the holders are getting insight on the video of the claim first.
