This seems to be an issue happening to a lot of people on Facebook. After tagging a friend in a photo (They don't have timeline review enabled and the post is public) it does not appear on their posts or timeline. However, I can see the photo on their timeline in Facebook mobile when I check their profile, but their friends cannot see it still. It's very deceiving. Facebook is #*$($%($!
