Looking: Quick app to drag and drop audio + picture and produce video?

I'm looking for an application (macOS or Windows) that allows to drop an audio file and picture and simply create a video from it. The video would be the length of the audio file and the picture would be full-screen present along in the video. Quality presets would be nice. Want it to be free. Anyone please?
