Windy City Rehab: Alison's Dream Home Location

Office space claimed to be Allison Victoria's on her show Windy City Rehab and now Alison's Dream Home on HGTV. This warehouse is in an industrial area, however homes are behind the office. Time lapse of photos from Google Maps shows a likely purchase of the property around 2017 and included on the TV shows (when front was painted black, lights, new door was installed). There's cameras in front and in back alley way today but not in these Google Photos (you can lookup the alley way pictures on Google as well, big garage door). Public records show Allison likely does not live here anymore as of June 2022. Personally, don't think she ever will. Likely to be an investment property, staging property, or to take part in movie sets as area undergoes residential development next few years. All factual information gathered here (address, zoning document, Google Photos are public knowledge.)

Going back to 2014, the space used to be under Progressive Industries, INC.
