MANDATORY ACTION REQUIRED FOR CONTINUED USE OF NON-PRO MARKET DATA
Dear Client,
Most exchanges charge for access to their real-time market data (quotes and trade information) and the rates for professional users are considerably higher than for non-professional users. Accordingly, many exchanges, and U.S. exchanges in particular, require that a questionnaire be completed and reaffirmed annually in order to qualify for the lower rates.
If you wish to access real-time data through username for any of the following data services (AMEX, CME, NYSE, NASDAQ, OPRA, Toronto Stock Exchange or U.S. Securities Snapshot & Futures Value Bundle) at the non-professional rate, you must fill out this questionnaire by 2024-02-28. The questionnaire will be presented to you when you log in to Account Management.
If you do not complete the questionnaire by 2024-02-28 we will be required to suspend your access to North American market data.
