What does selling 226,100 shares of a stock do to the price?

On 9/29/21, someone sold 226,000 shares of CEI stock @ $3.66 a share with 104M shares outstanding and a 335.51M market cap.

The sale dropped the stock to $3.20 for a total instant loss of $0.46!


This triggered an exchange-hault on the stock to Downside Up.
