Suddenly, we received emails from Amazon
> about being charged for an item already returned. After chatting with Amazon
, they called it a "Retroactive charge" and would reverse it. They couldn't provide a reason for why the system decided to charge for the returned item when it was already confirmed return in my Amazon
account months ago...
