You Added A New Address / You've Sent A Money Request (False PayPal Emails)

Did you receive an email that legitimately came from <service@paypal.com> about adding an address or sending money? The emails show in the TO: field a random email address <@.onmicrosoft.com>.
If you login to the PayPal account you received the email too, you may notice more messages in your account:

Suggest to contact PayPal support while logged into your account and change your password. PayPal is likely having issues on their end. There is also a Reddit thread about this.
