Illinois Tollway iPass Mailer Credit Card Updates

Dear I-PASS Customer: To improve service for I-PASS customers, the Illinois Tollway is working with credit card companies to establish automated updates to credit card expiration dates so that you will no longer need to regularly update this information on your I-PASS account. This new process involves verifying existing credit cards on all I-PASS accounts in the Tollway's computer system. During this verification process, your bank notified us that your VISA card ending in. is no longer valid for use.
In response to the bank notifying us that the credit card on your I-PASS account is no longer valid, we have deleted this credit card from your I-PASS account.
Please contact the Illinois Tollway at your earliest convenience (visit www.getipass.com or call 800-UCI-PASS (800-824-7277) to add a new credit card to your account.
Failure to keep your I-PASS account updated with adequate funds may result in unpaid toll transactions and violation fines. We appreciate your assistance Thank you for your continued business.
