RCN sneakily reduces Upload speeds...

As of recently, RCN has maxed upload speeds on their plans. Their gigabit plan use to offer 45 MBPs/s. Now, it's been reduced to 20 MBP/s, almost half. In addition, RCN does not mention upload speed anymore on their website or in your RCN bill. RCN is being deceptive, deceiving and CHEATING customers on what they are paying for.

This won't class and a class action lawsuit is taking place.
